Case Study: Web Content: St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center

St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center is the flagship teaching hospital in what was (until a recent sale) the largest chain of Catholic community hospitals in New England. In collaboration with Kogs Communications, we interviewed the heads of some 40 clinical departments, developed a navigational system for each department, and wrote patient-friendly descriptions and explanations of disease states, treatment options and philosophies.

The goal was to encourage Boston area residents to seek care at  Tufts affiliated St. Elizabeth’s–despite fierce competition from more prestigious and better-known Harvard teaching hospitals.
