Case Study: Center for the Study of Aging

The Center for the Study of Aging, a  nonprofit organization  in Albany,  New York, was holding a national,  interdisciplinary conference on how health professionals can best to work with older individuals. We developed and posted a conference Web site  and handled all publicity for conference. As a result of our efforts, participation exceeded the organizers’ expectations. The conference and its “eighty-something” organizers were covered by all of the newspapers in Albany and Saratoga Counties  and by public radio. One of the organizers, an 87-year-old fitness trainer,  was interviewed and photographed for an article  in  the New York Times.
